Synergy Media Labs SMS. We send text messages about your solar installation and service: appointment and installation updates, a short post-installation satisfaction survey, and information about our customer referral program.

HOW YOU OPT IN
There are two ways to opt in, and both are voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not want text messages, we contact you by phone instead.

1. On our website. Go to www.sml321.com/sms, enter your name and mobile number, and tick the consent box, which is unchecked by default. The box reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Synergy Media Labs about my solar installation and service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

2. Verbally, on a call with us. A representative reads you this script word for word:
"As part of our service we can send you text messages from Synergy Media Labs about your solar installation and service, including a short satisfaction survey and information about our customer referral program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. At any time you can reply HELP for help, or reply STOP to opt out completely. Our Terms are at www.sml321.com/terms and our Privacy Policy at www.sml321.com/privacy-policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Would you like to receive these text messages? Please answer yes or no."

If you say yes, we send you a confirmation text and you are only enrolled after you reply YES to it. That confirmation reads: "Synergy Media Labs: you asked on our call to receive texts about your solar installation and service. Reply YES to confirm. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
